What You’ll Do

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our go-to-market (GTM) engine and building the systems, data flows, and insights that empower our marketing and sales teams to perform at their best and work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership, engineering teams. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure alignment, transparency, and operational excellence across the entire revenue funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage GTM systems and data infrastructure to support scalable growth
  • Own and optimize HubSpot as the central source of truth for marketing and sales
  • Implement campaign tracking, lead routing, and attribution workflows
  • Build dashboards to monitor funnel performance, campaign ROI, and conversion metrics
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for prioritization
  • Collaborate with sales to improve pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and team productivity
  • Document and maintain battle cards, talk tracks, and process guides for enablement

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 5–8 years of experience
  • MBA with 2–5 years of experience in marketing, revenue operations, or GTM strategy

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with campaign attribution, lead scoring, and funnel analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
  • Understanding of GTM strategy, sales enablement, and pipeline management
